Important before you start:
The app supports SMARTLOGGER from firmware 2.14 onwards.
On iPhone, an external NFC reader is required.
On Android, data can be read directly via NFC.

With the newly developed service app, you can analyze SMARTLOGGER data even faster – visually, precisely and directly on-site.

New and enhanced features include:
•  Battery groups for larger installations
•  Interactive log charts including fullscreen view and events
•  State-of-Health display with clear status indication
•  Capacity tests directly at the battery system
•  Battery Passport Mode for permanent assignment of SMARTLOGGER and battery
•  Comments, export and documentation for service and maintenance

Android or iPhone?

On Android, data can be read easily via the smartphone’s built-in NFC interface. For iPhone, you use a compact NFC reader with a Bluetooth connection – either a compatible third-party device or our own GENEREX NFC reader.
