Price stability at GENEREX – and even a reduction for C30!

27 May 2025

Price stability – for the 4th year in a row!

In an increasingly unstable global market environment, we have succeeded in sending a strong message to our European customers: For the fourth year in a row, we are keeping our prices stable – with no surcharges and no hidden increases.

What's more,
for the C30 module, we were even able to reduce prices by 15%. % – clear proof that our long-term purchasing strategy is working and has an immediate positive impact on our customers.

Between geopolitical storms and price turbulence,
the economic and political trends of recent years have been anything but calm. Those who thought that the pricing instability resulting from the coronavirus crisis would ease in 2022 were disappointed: New geopolitical tensions—most notably the war in Ukraine and the trade conflict between the US and China, have once again caused turbulence and put pressure on global supply chains.

An Increasingly Difficult Location:
in Germany we view the developments among our long-standing German suppliers
particularly with skepticism. While commodity markets such as energy and copper are easing across Europe, we are seeing above-average price demands from Germany in particular. Our impression: These developments appear partly speculative. The combination of cost explosions, uncertainty, and possibly opportunistic behavior ("free riders") is leading to a development that has made Germany an unattractive location. Even the quality of our German suppliers does not justify some of the volatile pricing changes seen.

Consistent measures for stable prices through European partners.
As an internationally operating company, we are responding decisively: We are increasingly relying on partners in other European countries who meet our quality standards – while also offering fair, long-term, predictable prices. New contracts with these suppliers allow us to maintain stable pricing policies for Europe.

A clear message to our customers:
Our European customers are benefiting from this strategy – with stable prices for the fourth year in a row. Particularly pleasing: despite all the challenges, we were even able to achieve a price reduction of 15% for the BACS C30 module for 6-volt batteries – a concrete advantage that shows that our purchasing strategy not only has a stabilizing effect, but also a price-reducing effect, which we immediately pass on to our customers.

USA: Price trends less simple to predict.
At GENEREX USA, which natively produces its own catalogue of products, ongoing speculation and change to import and export regulation has things on somewhat shakier ground as compared to us here in Germany. We cannot rule out an update to product pricing in the coming months, though we will of course continue to endeavor through watchful market surveillance to maintain as high a level of stability as possible, while continuing to look towards the future with confidence.
